Open the Billing Portal
Navigate to Account & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select Manage Account in the bottom left corner.
This takes you to your billing portal.
Update billing and shipping information
Under the Billing and Shipping Information section:
You’ll see your Company Name and Billing Address.
Click Update Information to make changes.
Input the updated details and click Save.
These updates will apply to your next invoice.
Need to change billing details on a past invoice?
If you’ve already received an invoice and need to update the billing information:
Reach out to us via chat support (chat icon in the bottom right).
Include the updated details and the last 4 digits of the invoice number.
Our team will update the invoice and send you a corrected copy.
