You can drag and drop custom questions or service areas to restructure your questionnaire.
Steps:
Hover over the question or service area you want to move
Click and drag the six dots icon (⠿) on the right
Drop it where you'd like it to appear
What You Can & Can't Move
Custom items are labeled with a Custom tag, these can be moved
Predefined questions cannot be moved
When you try and move a custom question with a condition, you will see a red line indicating that you can not move it above, as your question is dependent on it.
Please note some predefined questions are linked and always shown together. This is most common for our predefined scale questions. Moving a question within the group won’t break the page.
