If you manage multiple clubs in Players 1st, the Club Settings Overview makes it easy to create new accounts, view subscription and team details, and export club-level information.

Note: This feature is only available to multi-account owners.

Access the Club Settings Overview

To open the Club Settings Overview:

  1. Click the menu icon and go to Settings > Account & subscriptions

  2. Click Club Settings under the Multiple Account Owner Settings section.

Create a New Club Account

To create a new Players 1st club account:

  1. Click Create new club in the top-right corner of the Club Settings Overview.

  2. Fill in the basic club details and contact information.

Creating a club here automatically links the account to yours. You'll have indirect access to:

  • Club overview dashboards

  • View and export results

  • Manage team settings

Want to link an existing Players 1st account instead? Contact us through the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

Club Settings Tables Explained

Use the dropdown in the top-left corner of the Club Settings Overview to switch between four available tables:

Account Profile Settings

View basic registration info for each club:

  • Account (Club) name

  • Website

  • Contact: phone number, email address, country

  • Course type, Facility type, Number of holes

Subscription Overview

See each club's subscription details:

  • Product name (e.g., Member Survey)

  • Status (Active/Inactive)

  • Start and End date

Team Settings

Shows all users connected to each club. If a club has five users, you’ll see five rows with user-level info:

  • Name, Username (email address)

  • Registrated (user account created date)

  • Last activity (Last login date)

  • Role (account permissions)

Billing Info Overview

Helpful if clubs manage their own payments. Includes:

  • Billing contact, email address

  • Company country, address, zip code, city, state

Export Club Lists to Excel

You can export any table by clicking Export to Excel in the top-right corner of the list.

If you’ve applied filters to the view, the export will reflect only the filtered data. Clear all filters to export the full list.

Edit Club Info or Manage Users

To update a club’s details or manage its users:

  1. Use the Select Account search bar in the top-right corner.

  2. Type and select the club you want to access.

  3. Once selected, you’ll be logged into that club account.

  4. Navigate to Settings to update club details or team members.
