See a quick data collection status overview (Scheduled, Paused, Ongoing)

2. Custom Surveys (Beta) – A section for creating and managing fully customizable surveys. During the beta, this feature is free for all users. You can:
Create service areas unique to your club
Add your own questions with multiple response types
Use conditional logic to personalize the flow
3. Quick Links – At the bottom of the homepage, you’ll find direct access to:
Help Desk – browse guides or contact support
Invite Your Team – add colleagues to your account
Subscriptions – view and manage your plan

What Stays the Same
Your existing surveys, results, and data are unchanged.
Distribution and reporting work exactly as before.

Q: Where do I find my survey results?
A: Click on the survey card (e.g., Member Survey). You’ll be taken directly to the survey’s results dashboard.
Q: Did any of my existing surveys or results change?
A: No. All of your surveys, data, and settings are exactly the same—only the way you access them from the homepage has been updated.
Q: Can I switch back to the old homepage?
A: No, the new homepage replaces the old view for all users.
Q: How do I create a new survey?
A: In the Custom Surveys (beta) section, click the ➕ card, give your survey a name, select language, and you’ll be taken straight to the questionnaire builder.
Q: Do I need to pay to use Custom Surveys?
