Step 1: Navigating the BI Members dashboard

  1. Log into Players 1st

  2. Scroll to the Business Intelligence section on the homepage

  3. Select Members

You will now see the high-level KPI tiles, including:

  • Number of Members

  • New Members

  • Churned Members

These tiles provide a quick overview of your member development.

Important: Adjust the Date Range First (Optional)

In the top right corner of the page, you will see the Date Range selector.

  • Select your preferred time period

  • The KPI tiles and all data will update automatically

This date filter is dynamic and applies across both the KPI overview and the detailed dashboard views.

Step 2: Open a KPI Dashboard

To explore a specific metric:

  1. Click on any KPI tile (e.g. Number of Members, New Members, or Churned Members)

You will now enter the detailed analytics dashboard for that metric.

At the top, the KPI tiles are still visible. You can click between them at any time to switch views.

Step 3: Apply Filters

On the right-hand side, you will see the filter panel.

Available filters include:

  • Membership Type

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Handicap

  • Seniority

To apply filters:

  1. Select one or multiple filter values

  2. The dashboard updates automatically

You can combine multiple filters to analyze specific member segments.

Example:

  • Female members

  • Age 30–45

  • Handicap 10–20

  • Full membership type

All graphs and KPIs will reflect only the selected segment.

Step 4: Switch Between Development and Demographics

At the bottom of the dashboard, you will see two view options:

  • Development (default view)

  • Demographics

Development View

Shows how the selected KPI changes over time within your chosen date range.

Demographics View

Click Demographics to see the distribution of the selected KPI across member groups.

Reset Filters

To return to the full overview:

  • Clear selected filters in the right-hand panel

  • Or adjust the date range back to your preferred default
