For some of our surveys we support an automated way of sending and collecting responses.

On some of our surveys, we are able to provide the service of automatically sending out surveys through integrations with tee sheet providers and national members databases. Please note that you will not be able to see the automated integrations section in your survey settings if we are not able to provide any integrations for you.

If you haven't read our guide on how to collect responses, we highly recommend you do before collecting responses. It explains the different collection methods available on the Players 1st platform.

Navigating to automated data collections

  1. Selecting "Surveys" in our menu

  2. Selecting one of your surveys in the overview

  3. Scroll down and click on the button on our "Automated Data Collection" section. This section is only available on surveys where we have an automated integration with settings.


Setting up new integrations

Europe

If it is the first time using an integration through our system or if you're changing to another provider, please contact Jacob Buksted, as he will be able to assist you.

USA & Canada

You can contact our General Manager Peter Smith about changes to your current integration or if you're looking to get an integration setup for your club.


Guest surveys

On guest surveys, you are able to toggle on what months you want us to process information from your tee sheet provider. For toggled-off months we will not send out any surveys. The only thing you need to ensure is that you update your survey with any relevant changes and we will automatically send out surveys for your toggled on months.

If you have never send out through an integration with us or have changed booking provider, please contact us at EMAIL HERE, for us to connect you up with the integration provider.

USA specific: Due to our recent migration from our old platform, we do currently not support a self-managed way for our clubs to manage their integrations, as we did on our old platform. Your integrations are still up and running with the same settings as they had on our old platform, so don't be alarmed. You can contact our General Manager Peter Smith about changes to your current integration.


Member surveys

In Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands there are nationwide rounds of survey send-outs. You can participate in these by toggling on the different send-out rounds. As the date for a member round is reached, we will receive a list of members from your national member database and send out survey invites to them.

The only thing you need to do is to opt in and out of rounds and ensure that your survey is kept up to date for each season.
