We’ve introduced two major updates to the club account view in Players 1st. These features are designed to give clubs more flexibility, stronger insights, and a smoother experience.

🏠 New Homepage: A Simpler Way to Get Started
Clubs now have a redesigned Homepage that acts as a clear entry point every time they log in.
What’s different:
A streamlined layout that makes it easier to find surveys.
Quick access tiles for the most important actions (e.g., launching a survey, viewing results)
A more modern design that helps new users get comfortable faster
Benefit for clubs: With fewer clicks to get where they need, managers spend less time navigating and more time acting on insights.
✍️ Custom Surveys: Gather the Feedback That Matters Most
In addition to our benchmarking surveys (which remain crucial for national and industry comparisons), clubs can now create their own Custom Surveys (beta).
This feature is available for free to existing accounts with an active subscription while in beta.
What clubs can do:
Design surveys from scratch or adapt them to their needs
Add, remove, or reorder questions
Use conditional logic to make surveys more dynamic
Collect feedback beyond standard benchmarks (e.g., for events, facilities, or new initiatives)
Benefit for clubs: They can go beyond predefined templates and gather exactly the feedback they need to make better decisions locally.
Example Use Case: Event Feedback
A club hosts its annual summer tournament and wants to know:
How participants rated the registration process
Feedback on course setup and pace of play
Suggestions for improving catering and hospitality
Whether guests are likely to return next year
