With AI Assistant, you can ask questions about both your survey feedback comments and your survey scores and results, giving you a more complete view of survey performance.
How to access AI Assistant
You can open AI Assistant in two ways:
From the homepage
Go to your homepage
Locate the survey you want to analyze
Click Ask AI on the survey card
From the survey dashboard
Open the survey you want to analyze
Click the AI icon in the top-right corner
Switching between surveys
AI Assistant works within the context of a single survey.
To analyze a different survey:
Open AI Assistant
Use the survey selector in the top-right corner of the chat
Select the survey you want to switch to

Understanding the survey data context
At the top of the AI chat, you’ll see a summary of the available data for the selected survey.
For example: 245 responses · 89 comments
This helps you understand what information AI Assistant is using to generate responses.
Benchmark comparisons
AI Assistant can help compare your survey performance against benchmark data where available.
Please note:
Benchmark comparisons currently support year-over-year comparisons
Only one previous benchmark year can be compared at a time
Things to keep in mind
AI Assistant works only within the currently selected survey.
Response quality depends on the amount of available survey data. Surveys with fewer responses or comments may result in less detailed answers.
If benchmark data is not available for your survey, benchmark-related questions may not return results.
Accessing AI Assistant
AI Assistant is available as an add-on feature. Each account is given a trial of 10 free messages. If AI Assistant is not currently enabled for your account, you may see an option to learn more about access directly within the platform.
