This article walks you through the process of integrating Players 1st with EZLinks to enable automated survey data collection.

Access the integration hub
The integration hub is where all of our integrations are located.
Open the menu by clicking on the top-right icon
Click on "Accounts & subscriptions" in the menu
Scroll down and click on the button "Integrations"
You have now in the integration hub
Click on the "Manage integration" button on the integration card
Connection process
Note: Connecting with EZLinks is not fully automated; it involves manual coordination between Players 1st and EZLinks. However, the user effort required is minimal.
Requesting a connection
In the Integration hub click on the "Manage Integration" for EzLinks
In the new view click on the "Request Connection" button.
A modal will now pop up and you can click request
Our team will now be notified of your request, allowing us to initiate a request with EzLinks
Once the connection is successfully established, you'll receive an email notification. In some instances, we may CC you on an email conversation with EZLinks for clarification.
Failed connection
If the connection fails during the initial setup, there's no need to panic. Our team will be notified automatically and we will reach out to the provider and resolve the issue.
