We offer the ability to automatically send out surveys by integrating with various tee sheet providers and national members databases.
This article covers multiple types of integrations.
Please note that not all of our providers are available in our new interface. If yours is not available in the UI do not worry, your integrations are still up and running with the same settings as they had on our old platform.

Navigating to the automated data collection view
Open the menu in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Surveys" in the menu
Select the survey in the survey overview that you want to set up an automated data collection for.
Click on the button on our "Automated Data Collection" section.
Click on "Manage Automation" for the integration you want to set up
Prerequisite
For you to be able to manage the integration you will in most cases have to set up a connection with the integration provider. You can find our provider specific articles here
Booking integrations
Below you will find information about the different settings that are available in our booking integrations. Please be aware that availability of these settings may vary across different integrations, depending on the data we receive.
Start and pause send out
Start and pause send out
You have the flexibility to start or pause your integration at any time. This is simply done by clicking on the "Start" or "Pause" button in the right side of the page.
Pausing an Integration
If you choose to pause an integration, it will stop sending out any surveys associated with that specific integration.
Starting an Integration
On the other hand, when you start an integration, the system will automatically resume sending out surveys related to that integration.

Course selection
The Course Settings feature enables you to specify which of your golf courses should receive email invitations. To configure this:
Open the settings modal for Courses.
Choose the courses you wish to include for email invitations.
After you've made your selections, those particular courses will automatically be added to the list of email invitation recipients.
Automatic course activation
Additionally, you can enable the "Automatic Course Activation" feature. With this option turned on, any new courses that are added to the system will automatically be set to receive email invitations.

Booking type selection
The Booking Type Settings feature lets you choose which booking types should receive email invitations. To set this up, follow these steps:
Open the settings modal for Booking Types.
Select the booking types for which you'd like to send out invitations.
Once you've made your selections, those specific booking types will automatically be included in the list of recipients for email invitations.

Additionally, you have the option to enable "Automatic Booking Type Activation." When this feature is turned on, any new booking types that are added to the system will automatically be set to receive email invitations.
Quarantine
Quarantine
The quarantine setting allows you to specify how long the quarantine should be for respondents. This prevents survey fatigue and helps increase higher response rates over time. Please note that in some cases this setting will be locked due to country specific standards.
Member integrations
In Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands there are nationwide rounds of survey send-outs. You can participate in these by toggling on the different send-out rounds. As the date for a member round is reached, we will receive a list of members from your national member database and send out survey invites to them.
The only thing you need to do is to opt in and out of rounds and ensure that your survey is kept up to date for each season.
