As part of our result dashboards, we have our comments view.
The Comments View in the Results Dashboard allows you to review open-ended feedback from your survey respondents. This is especially useful for guest surveys, where daily feedback helps you identify areas for improvement and quickly turn detractors into promoters.
You can read our article about our list views - including our comments list. The comments list contains all comments from your survey and allows you to export it
How to Access the Comments View
To navigate to the Comments View:
Click the Menu icon in the top-right corner.
Select the relevant Survey from the Results Dashboard section.
Once on the Results Page, click the Comments Icon in the top-right corner.
You are now in the Comments View, where you can analyze feedback and take action.
Understanding the Comments View
The Comments View is designed to help clubs act on feedback by combining the Net Promoter Score (NPS) with key open-ended survey responses.
Key Components
Comments Feed – Displays all respondent feedback in a scrollable list.
Comment Cards – Shows the full content of a selected comment from the Comments Feed.
Filter Options – Allows you to:
Sort comments by NPS groups (Promoters, Passives, Detractors).
Filter based on anonymous vs. non-anonymous responses.
Call-to-Action Options – Located at the bottom of each Comment Card, these options let you:
Call the respondent (if contact details are available).
Email them directly.
Forward the comment via email for internal follow-up.
Marking Comments as Read
When you select a message from the Comments Feed, it will automatically be marked as read.
Note: The "read" status is personal and does not affect how comments appear to your colleagues.
Setting Up Your Email Client for Reply & Forward Functions
If clicking the Reply or Forward button opens the wrong email client, you may need to update your default email program and browser mail settings.
Your browser settings determine what happens when you click a mail-to link, such as the Reply or Forward options in the Comments View.
To configure your default email client, follow this external guide for step-by-step instructions on updating your settings based on your operating system and browser.
