This article walks you through the process of integrating Players 1st with Tee Control to enable automated survey data collection.
Already Connected?
If you've already established the connection and are looking to configure your automated data collection settings, please refer to this article.
Access the integration hub
The integration hub is where all of our integrations are located.
Open the menu by clicking on the top-right icon
Click on "Accounts & subscriptions" in the menu
Scroll down and click on the button "Integrations"
You have now in the integration hub
Click on the "Manage integration" button on the integration card
Connection process
Note: Connecting with Tee Control is not fully automated yet. However, the user effort required is minimal.
Requesting a connection
In the Integration hub click on the "Manage Integration" for Teecontrol
In the new view click on the "Request Connection" button.
A modal will now pop up and you can click request
Our team will now be notified of your request
We will contact the requester with a username and password that needs to be added in tee control. See "Setting it up in Tee Control" below on how to do so.
Setting it up in Tee Control
Here is how to add your Players 1st credentials in Tee Control, which is required for us to receive the data from Tee Control.
1. Navigate to “Integrations" -> "Players 1st"
2. Click “Enable the integration” and enter the username and password (see screenshot)
Failed connection
If the connection fails during the initial setup, there's no need to panic. Our team will be notified automatically and we will reach out to the provider and resolve the issue.
