You can view and manage your current subscription anytime from your Players 1st account.
Go to Account & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
On the Subscriptions page, you'll see an overview of your active plans and upcoming renewals.
To manage payment or billing details, click Manage Account at the bottom left corner. This opens your billing portal.
From the billing portal, you can:
Update your company name or billing address
Edit your payment method
View invoice history
Subscribing to a Product
To subscribe, go to the Subscriptions page and click Start Subscription next to the product you want.
Some subscriptions may require you to first input or verify your billing information to meet legal billing requirements.
Once subscribed, you’ll get instant access to all features tied to that product.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Canceling Auto-Renew
To prevent a subscription from renewing, go to Account & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Click Cancel Auto-Renew next to the product.
Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that.
Who Can Subscribe or Cancel?
Only users with the Owner or Manager role can start or cancel subscriptions.
