Utilization rate is one of the five main KPI's for the bookings data. The utilization rate represents the percentage of available spots that are booked (player, tournament or blocking). A tee time will normally contain four available spots.
How is it calculated?
A simplified version of the formula could be presented in this way
Total booked spots / total available spots * 100%
Does your number seem high or low?
If you have blocked tee times these will count as a fully booked tee time (four spots). You can select or de-select booking types in the filter options and e.g. exclude blocked tee times if you want to view the results without these.
