The BI bookings dashboard focuses on five main KPI's, Rounds played, Utilization rate, Tee time booking rate, Players per booked tee time and Players per tee time.

How to access the BI bookings dashboard

  1. Click on the menu in the top-right corner

  2. Find the section called Business intelligence (BI)

  3. Select "Bookings"

  4. The dashboard now shows the summary page for the BI bookings section

The Summary Page

The summary page sums up the five bookings KPI's.

The three main selectors are located above the tiles.

  • Clicking on "Rounds Played" will allow you to change between the booking and the member dashboard

  • Use "Same period last year" to select the used benchmark

  • "This year" allows changing the date range for the data shown in the dashboard

Each of the 5 KPI tiles is a shortcut to each KPI. Click on any of them to get to the main dashboard for that KPI.

The Dashboard

The three main selectors are still located at the top as on the summary page, allowing you to change these parameters at any time.

The five KPI's are placed just below the main selectors

  • Rounds played

  • Utilization rate

  • Tee time booking rate

  • Players per booked tee time

  • Players per tee time

These get updated as you change the parameters you work with. Clicking one of the KPI's will put it into focus and change the data you see around the dashboard to reflect the KPI in focus.

Tee sheet table / Heatmap

The tee sheet table gets populated with data from the KPI you have in focus. If the heatmap is active it will visually make the cells that are in the higher end of the spectrum a darker blue, making it easy for you to visually see outliers in your data.

You can change the tee sheet tables start and end times in our setting called "Tee time range"

Development chart

The development chart can be selected by clicking the icon in the left bottom corner. This shows a development line chart for each month for your bookings.

Filters

The filter section to the right allow you to narrow down the results you're looking at. Let's say you're only interested in looking at members with the age between 51-60. Simply clicking on the filter button "51-60" below "Age" and the dashboard will only show statistics (KPI's, the development chart, and the demographics view) for members aged 51-60. It is possible to click as many filters as you want and thereby narrowing the statistics even further.
