Overview

The BI Bookings Dashboard provides insights into your club’s five key performance indicators (KPIs):

  1. Rounds Played – Total rounds booked and played.

  2. Utilization Rate – Course capacity usage.

  3. Tee Time Booking Rate – Percentage of available tee times booked.

  4. Players per Booked Tee Time – Average number of players per reservation.

  5. Players per Tee Time – Average number of players per available tee time.

This dashboard helps you track trends, compare performance, and optimize course management.


How to Access the BI Bookings Dashboard

To navigate to the BI Bookings Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Locate the Business Intelligence (BI) section.

  3. Select “Bookings”.

This will open the Summary Page, where you’ll find an overview of the five key booking KPIs.

Summary Page

The Summary Page provides a quick overview of the five key KPIs, along with three main selectors to customize your view:

Key Controls

  • Rounds Played Selector – Switch between the Booking Dashboard and Member Dashboard.

  • Same Period Last Year – Choose a benchmark for comparison.

  • This Year – Adjust the date range for displayed data.

Each KPI tile serves as a shortcut to its detailed analysis. Click on any tile to open the main dashboard for that specific KPI.


The Dashboard

The Main Dashboard offers a detailed view of booking performance. The three main selectors from the Summary Page remain at the top, allowing adjustments at any time.

KPI Breakdown

Below the selectors, the five KPIs are displayed:

  • Rounds Played

  • Utilization Rate

  • Tee Time Booking Rate

  • Players per Booked Tee Time

  • Players per Tee Time

As you adjust filters and settings, these metrics automatically update to reflect the selected parameters.

Clicking on any KPI will bring it into focus, updating all surrounding charts and tables accordingly.


Dashboard Features

Tee Sheet Table / Heatmap

  • The Tee Sheet Table populates with data based on the KPI in focus.

  • If the Heatmap is active, higher values are highlighted in darker blue, making it easier to spot trends and outliers.

  • The Tee Time Range setting allows you to adjust the displayed start and end times.

Development Chart

  • To view booking trends over time, click the Development Chart icon (bottom-left corner).

  • This displays a monthly trend line chart to track performance changes.

Filters

The Filter Section (right-hand side) helps refine your analysis by applying filters such as:

  • Age Group – Example: Select 51-60 to view statistics only for members in that age range.

  • Course, Booking Type, Gender, Handicap, and more.

Filters update all dashboard elements, including KPIs, the Development Chart, and Demographics View, ensuring you get targeted insights.
