This article explains some of the main ways for you to fix any login issues you might be having. The most common ones are a blank screen or an error page for safari users.

Chrome

Remove cookies (blank screen)

If you're encountering a blank screen on our login site, please follow the instructions below:

Googles step by step guide

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click the three dots (more)

  3. Click More tools and then select Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.


Safari

Error page & Blank screen

Due to changes by Apple, some users will encounter an error page when trying to log in with a Safari browser or a blank screen if their cookies are messing up.

There are two ways to fix this

  • Use Chrome instead

  • Remove your cookies from the Players 1st platform

Using Chrome

As a temporary solution, using another browser such as Chrome will also allow you to access the platform again, as this is a Safari-only issue. This means using Chrome for any future visits on the platform

Remove your cookies from the Players 1st platform

Below you will find a video showing how to remove your cookies from the Players 1st platform and a step by step written tutorial.

1. Open safari on any page

2. Click on the Safari in the top-left corner and select preferences from the dropdown.

3. Select the privacy tab and click on "Manage website data"

4. Search for players1st.sport and select it from the table. Click the "Remove" button, afterward click done when you have finished removing the data.

5. Go to app.players1st.sport again in your browser (refreshing the page is not enough).

6. You should now be able to log in.
