To ensure flexibility for users in exporting and working with data, we've implemented exports to Excel instead of PDFs. However, you can always save the Excel file as a PDF after exporting it.

Video guide

Start by navigating to your result dashboard

  1. Click the menu in the top-right corner of your screen

  2. Select the dashboard you want under your "Survey Dashboard" section of the menu

Exporting from the result dashboard

  1. Click on the Export icon in the top-left corner of your screen.

  2. A modal will now open up where you can chose to toggle on filters. If you toggle on filters, the export will include data from all of the filter option splits as well.

  3. When you're ready click the "Download Excel" button.

  4. After a few seconds, a download in your browser will begin downloading

  5. You should now have an Excel file in your designated download folder for your browser.

The Export

The filename for the export will contain your club name, survey name, and date period selected for the export.

The export contains two pages:

  • The first page is a basic information page about the parameters used to create the export

  • The second page contains your Net Promoter Score and all of your questions sorted by service area.

Thee export uses your current selected time period and benchmark for the export, so make sure to select the parameters you want before exporting.

Exporting from excel to PDF

Windows

  1. Open the file in excel

  2. Select "file" in the top-left corner

  3. Select Save As, then PDF as the file format and click "more options"

  4. In the new pop up, select "options"

  5. A new pop up will come up and select "Entire Workbook" and then "OK"

  6. You can now click "Save" when you've selected where to place your file.

  7. Now open your PDF and see if it fits your pages, if it does not select page layout and then change the width to 1 page, this needs to be done for both sheets as otherwise only one of them will fit the page.

Mac

  1. Open the file in excel

  2. Select "file" in the top-left corner

  3. Click on "Save as"

  4. Select PDF as the file format and select workbook and click save.

  5. Now open your PDF and see if it fits your pages, if it does not select page layout and then change the width to 1 page, this needs to be done for both sheets as otherwise only one of them will fit the page.

Copying into PowerPoint

We are working on creating exports directly to PowerPoint. As excel does not have an export function, the only option you have is to copy-paste cells directly into a powerpoint

  1. Open the excel sheet and select the area you want to copy to a slide and click "CTRL + C"

  2. Open PowerPoint and create a new slide

  3. Click the slide and click "CTRL + V" on your keyboard

  4. The table rows are now added to the slide and you can easily modify the text and numbers in it
