You can export your survey results directly from your dashboard to Excel for easy sharing and further analysis. We've chosen Excel over PDF to give you more flexibility with your data — but if needed, you can always save the Excel file as a PDF afterward.

Video guide

How to Export

  1. Go to Your Results Dashboard
Navigate to the dashboard you want to export.

  2. Open the Menu
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select the dashboard under the “Survey Dashboard” section.

  3. Click the Export Icon
In the top-left corner of the dashboard, click the Export icon.

  4. Adjust Export Settings (Optional)
A pop-up will appear. You can choose to include filters — this means the export will show data for each filter option split (e.g. gender, age group, etc.).

  5. Download the File
Click “Download Excel”. Your file will begin downloading shortly and land in your browser’s default download folder.

What’s Included in the Export

Your file will be named using the format:
[Club Name] - [Survey Name] - [Date Range].xlsx

The Excel file has two tabs:

  1. Tab 1: Overview
A summary of the filters and parameters used in the export. (e.g. selected fiters, date range, etc.)

  2. Tab 2: Survey Results
Your Net Promoter Score (NPS) and all survey questions, grouped by service area.

Note: The export uses the current time period and benchmark selected in your dashboard. Double-check these before exporting to ensure the data matches your needs.

Save Excel as PDF

For Windows

  1. Open the Excel file.

  2. Click File in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Save As, choose PDF as the file format, then click More Options.

  4. In the pop-up window, click Options.

  5. Under Publish what, select Entire Workbook, then click OK.

  6. Choose where to save the file and click Save.

Check your PDF layout:
Open your PDF and check if the content fits the page, go back to Excel, select Page Layout, and set the Width to 1 page.
Repeat this for both tabs to ensure the full workbook fits properly.

For Mac

  1. Open the Excel file.

  2. Click File in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Save As and choose PDF as the file format.

  4. In the options, select Workbook, then click Save.

Check your PDF layout:
If the PDF doesn’t fit the page, return to Excel and go to Page Layout. Set the Width to 1 page for each sheet.

Copying Data into PowerPoint

  1. Open the Excel file and highlight the cells you want to use.

  2. Press Ctrl + C (or Cmd + C on Mac) to copy.

  3. Open PowerPoint and create a new slide.

  4. Click on the slide and press Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V) to paste.

Your data will appear as a table on the slide — you can adjust text, formatting, or numbers directly in PowerPoint.
