If you're looking to export your sponsor list, you've arrived at the right place.
Our exporting function for the sponsor list is located in our list view.
We highly recommend you download an export of your data as soon as possible after the survey period has ended, as a general rule of thumb, this data will be deleted after 12 months due to GDPR or agreements with your union/enterprise.
For German clubs, the data will be deleted 14-30 days after the survey period has ended.
The sponsor list is only available for you if the survey you're viewing contains a sponsor question.

Locating your comments and download an excel export
Start by clicking the menu icon in your top-right corner and then select the survey you want to export from in the Results Dashboard section.
2. When you've landed on the results page, click the list icon in the top-right corner.
3. You're now on the list view.
4. Check if you've currently selected your sponsor list and that the period selected is the date range you want to export from.
5. Click on the export button and your download will begin shortly.
