This article will guide you through the simple process of exporting a PowerPoint report of your survey results.

Creating your PowerPoint Export

To create your PowerPoint export, start by navigating to the result dashboard for the survey you want to export from.

This can be done by:

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner

  2. Click on the name of the survey in the result dashboard section of the menu.

  3. Click on the Export icon in the left corner of the screen.

  4. Select "PowerPoint export"

Now that you’re in the export window, you will be presented with a few options to help customize your export.

Start and end date

The export will be generated based on the data in the selected time frame

Filters

Selecting any of these filters will limit the data used in the export only to match respondents who match your filter(s).

Benchmark

The benchmark selected will be used in various result slides.

Once you’ve made all your selections, press the ‘Generate PowerPoint’ button. This will begin generating the PowerPoint, please keep in mind that this can take up to 1 minute to finalize.

What is in the PowerPoint

The PowerPoint slides are based on the data in your survey, thus the amount and types of slides present in your export will vary from each survey.

These are some of the slides that can be present in your presentation

  • Explainer slides that explain certain concepts such as, what is an NPS score

  • A slide showing how your NPS has developed over time

  • A service area overview, showing how your service areas are doing

  • A section for each of your service areas, containing all of their questions and priority maps

  • Slides highlighting a few of the open comments you have received

Customizing your PowerPoint

After generating the PowerPoint presentation, you will be able to make any additional adjustments to the slides and graphics in the presentation, before sharing with the rest of your team.

Our current PowerPoint export is mainly focused on the member survey and thus contains priority maps and slides explaining different terminology. All of these slides might not be relevant to you, so we recommend that you remove any slides that are not relevant to your targeted audience.
