In some cases, a printable version of the questionnaire might be preferred. In this article, we will explain how you can get a version of the survey suitable for printing.
Please note that printers and computer operating systems handle these files differently.
Start by navigating to the printable option
Click the menu in the top-right corner of your screen.
Select the menu point called "Surveys".
Select the survey in the survey overview by clicking on "Manage survey" on the survey you want a printable version of.
Scroll down and click on "Edit questionnaire" in the questionnaire design section.
Click "Printable version" in the summary section on the top of the page.
This will cause a new tab to open up in your browser
Saving the questionnaire as a PDF
After you have opened the printable version, you can now right-click in your browser and select "Print".
This will open up a printing page, that will also allow you to modify and save the page as a PDF.
Select "Save as PDF" as the destination.
We also suggest that you modify the scale and reduce it to a lower number that fits you. Turning off the header and footers will also remove some of the unnecessary information on the pages.
Click save and select your destination
