It can at times be overwhelming to get a proper overview of all your comments, that's why our AI Assistant is designed to streamline your experience. With our new feature, you can now easily ask questions about your open comment data and get actionable insights. We’re confident this will enhance your ability to manage feedback effectively and make informed decisions.

Our AI Assistant is currently free to use during our open beta as we refine and enhance the experience.

What is AI Assistant?

Players 1st AI Assistant is a personalized assistant powered by GPT-4o mini. It can search across all your respondent comments in each survey, summarize and chat with you about any relating topic.

What does it cost?

We are currently testing the AI solution in a beta version. This means that there will be no cost for you as a customer to use the assistant during the beta period.

How does it work?

In the top-right corner of the homepage, click the menu icon.
From the side menu, select the Survey you want to view (e.g., Member Survey, Entry Survey, etc.).
You’ll be directed to the survey dashboard. Click the AI icon in the top-right corner to begin.

Simply ask your questions in the message box or use one of the predefined questions as a starting point.

What does it mean for AI Assistant to be in beta?
Today, AI Assistant is available for free to all Players 1st users during the beta period. Over time, the Players 1st team will improve the quality of the AI Assistant responses, add new features and functionality, and make AI more accessible.

It said that the requested information is not found in the retrieved data, what does it mean?
As our solution is limited to the data you have in your comments, it will not be able to provide answers to questions that are not in the data, such as "Provide a great pasta recipe". Therefore, it is suggested that a different query or topic is asked about.

Can I ask questions in my native language?
Yes! We actually highly suggest that you ask questions in your native language, as it gives better context for the model.

How does the chat history work in the Players 1st AI Assistant?
The chat history saves only your personal conversations for each specific survey you’re asking about. This history is saved based on your queries, not at the account level. This means that only you can view your chat history for each survey, and others in the account cannot access it.
