Welcome to our brief article about integrations. This article will explain the basics of integrations in the Players 1st platform and hopefully guide you to set up your first integration.

Please note: Our existing integrations will slowly be moved to this new view, therefore do not panic if you are currently integrated with a tee sheet provider, that is not available here. Your integration will still be running.

Video Guide

We have made a full guide on how to set up an integration in our system using Club Caddie as an example, see it below.

Already Connected?

If you've already established the connection and are looking to configure your automated data collection settings, please refer to this article.

Where do I find the integration hub?

The integration hub can be located by:

  1. Open the menu by clicking on the top-right icon

  2. Click on "Accounts & subscriptions" in the menu

  3. Scroll down and click on the button "Integrations"

  4. You have now landed on the integration hub

What is available in the integration hub?

The integration hub contains all integrations currently available for your club. As more integrations and integration types become available, they will be added to this view.

Filtering and searching

You can quickly search for specific integrations with our search field located in the left side of the view. The first filter allows you to filter based on integration types and the second filter allows you to filter based on the state of the integration. This allows you to quickly find the integrations you currently have connected.

Connecting your first integration

As each integration has its own specific setup flow, we have made separate articles for each one of them.

The articles for each integration can be found in our integration helpdesk section or by going to the specific integrations setup page and opening the helpdesk article link.

Below you can see a quick example of how to request an EZlink integration

How can I suggest a new integration?

Suggestions for new integrations are highly appreciated. Suggest a new integration by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom-right corner and starting a conversation. Please include the name of the provider you would like us to integrate with and add a bit of context as to why this integration will bring you value.
