Add a Team Member to Your Club Account
You can invite additional members to join your Players 1st account so each person has their own login.
There’s no additional cost for adding users, and you can manage access anytime from your Team Settings.
How to Invite a Team Member
Click the navigation icon in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.
Go to Account & Subscriptions.
Scroll to the Manage Your Account section and click Team Settings.
Enter the email address of the colleague you want to invite.
Click Invite.
The invitee will receive an email with instructions to create their account. Once accepted, their profile will be linked to your club.
Note: It is only possible for Owners & Managers to invite new team members to the Players 1st dashboard.
What to Know About Invitations
Invitations expire after 30 days if not accepted. Expired invites are automatically removed from the Team Settings view.
If someone shows a “Last activity” date next to their name, they’ve already logged in and are linked to your club.
