If you’re a European golf club interested in leveraging Players 1st, please reach out to your local federation. We have established individual agreements in each country, so contacting your federation is the first step to get started.

Setting up your account is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to get started:
Step 1: Sign up
As a user on the Players 1st platform, you likely have been invited to a club by someone else and will therefore have to create your own personal account.
In your mailbox, you will receive an email containing a Sign up link that allows you to create your personal account.
Click on the "Sign in to Players 1st" button located in the email invitation
Fill in the required fields in the registration form, including your name, email, address, and desired password
Once complete, your personal account has now been created
To log back into your account, use the main Players 1st log in page: app.players1st.sport
*Please note that the link in the invitation email is only for creating an account and will be invalid after you've created an account or if 30-days have passed since you've been invited. If the invitation email has expired, please email support@players1st.golf to request a new invitation email.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Once your account is activated, log in using your registered email address and password. Players 1st log in page: app.players1st.sport
Open the menu in the top-right corner of the screen
Select "Account & Subscriptions" in the menu
You will be prompted to complete your profile
Provide any additional information required, such as your Club's contact details or website. The three important fields to complete are:
Account name (used for automated merge fields and various features)
Country (supports localization)
Time zone (used for sending out surveys in your local time zone)
Provide Facility information required, such as Course type or Facility type
Upload a Club logo picture if desired
Click on the "Save" button to update your profile

Step 3: Manage Your Account
Located in your Account Settings, you can manage your account such as your team, subscription, and integration settings
Team Settings: invite new users to join your team and manage your existing team members
Subscriptions and payment: Manage active subscription and gain access to new surveys and add-ons for your account
Players 1st Integrations: Connect Players 1st with the software solution you use. Enable automated data collection methods.
Congratulations! You have successfully set up your account. Now you're ready to explore all the amazing features our platform has to offer.
