New members is one of the main KPI's in the member data.
How is it calculated?
New members is calculated based on unique members that are added to your membership data in the selected time period.
A formula for new members is simple:
All members that are new in the club since the beginning of the selected time period AND are included in one or more of the categories listed under 'Member category' in 'Filters' to the right in the dashboard
