With Survey Notifications, you can set up automated email notifications for yourself or team members each time a respondent answers a survey that matches your requirements. This can be used as an opportunity to turn detractors into promoters by helping solve issues quickly.

Notifications are survey-specific and will have to be set up on each survey you want to receive notifications from.

Conditions for receiving notifications

You can customize the notifications to your needs e.g. only get notifications for Detractors that have given comments and provided contact info.

You can toggle the following conditions on and off:

  • NPS categories

    • Promoters (respondents answered 9 or 10)

    • Passives (respondents answered 7 or 8)

    • Detractors (respondents answered 0 => 6)

  • Respondent has added a comment

  • Respondent has added contact information

Navigating to the Survey Notifications settings

  1. Select the menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select "Surveys" in the settings section of your menu

  3. Select the survey you want to set up notifications for, by clicking on the "Manage Survey" button.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of your survey settings until you reach the section "Survey notifications"

  5. Click the "Setup notifications" button

  6. You are now on the notification overview

Creating individual notifications

  1. Locate the user you want to set up notifications for on our notification table

  2. Click the three dots located to the right on the table.

  3. Toggle on conditions

  4. Click Save, and the table will now reflect your changes.

In the picture above, I will receive notifications for every type of NPS category, even when they have not added an open comment or added any contact information.
