Survey Notifications allow you to receive automatic email alerts whenever someone completes a survey that matches specific conditions. This is especially useful for identifying and acting quickly on feedback—such as following up with Detractors to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
Tip: Use notifications to stay on top of feedback that matters most, whether it’s a dissatisfied member or a highly engaged promoter.
How Survey Notifications Work
Notifications are survey-specific, meaning you'll need to set them up individually for each survey where you want to receive alerts.
You can choose exactly which types of responses should trigger a notification.
Notification Conditions
You can customize notifications based on the following criteria. Toggle any combination on or off to fit your workflow:
NPS Score Categories
Promoters – Respondents who gave a score of 9 or 10
Passives – Respondents who gave a score of 7 or 8
Detractors – Respondents who gave a score of 0 to 6
Additional Response Details
Respondent left a comment
Respondent provided contact information
For example, you can set notifications to alert you only when a Detractor leaves a comment and provides contact info—so you can follow up with meaningful action.
