With Survey Notifications, you can set up automated email notifications for yourself or team members each time a respondent answers a survey that matches your requirements. This can be used as an opportunity to turn detractors into promoters by helping solve issues quickly.
Notifications are survey-specific and will have to be set up on each survey you want to receive notifications from. Please note that not all surveys will have this feature.
