The BI Member dashboard centers around four primary metrics: the total number of members, new member acquisitions, churned member statistics, and the rounds played per member. By delving into each of these KPIs, you'll gain valuable insights into the dynamics of your membership base.
How do I access the BI member dashboard?
Click on the menu in the top-right corner
Find the section called Business intelligence (BI)
Select "Member"
You will now be at the summary page for the BI member dashboard
The Summary Page
The summary page provides an overview of the various KPIs.
Above the tiles, you'll find three basic dashboard selectors:
Click on "Members" to switch between different sections in the dashboard, such as switching between the booking and member dashboards.
Use "Same period last year" to adjust the benchmark being used for comparison
Select "This year" to modify the date range for the data displayed in the dashboard.
Each of the four Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tile is a shortcut to access the detailed dashboard for a specific area or KPI. Click on any tile, and you will get to the dashboard for the selected area.
The Dashboard
The four basic selectors are located at the top of the dashboard, allowing you to change these parameters at any time.
Below the basic selectors the four KPI's are presented
Number of members including Member growth rate
New members including New member growth rate
Churned members including Churn rate
Average rounds per member
The numbers are updated when parameters are changed. Clicking one of the KPI's will put it into focus and change the data in the dashboard to reflect the KPI in focus.
Development chart
The development chart shows a development line chart for the KPI you have selected. You can read more about how the numbers are calculated by clicking the KPI you want to learn more about (Number of members, new members and churned members)
Demographics
To access demographic insights for your members, simply click on the demographics icon located in the bottom left corner of the dashboard. This will provide you with a visual representation of your membership breakdown across various demographics. These categories include membership type, gender, age, handicap index, and member seniority. To further refine your analysis, click on any of the filters on the right-hand side to focus specifically on the data within that category.
Filters
The filter section on the right-hand side enables you to refine the results you're viewing. For instance, if you're specifically interested in examining members aged between 51 and 60, you can easily do so by clicking on the "51-60" filter option under the "Age" category. Once selected, the dashboard will exclusively display statistics such as KPIs, development charts, and demographic views pertaining to members within this age range. You have the flexibility to apply multiple filters simultaneously, allowing you to further refine the statistical analysis according to your specific criteria.
