You can view the response rate for any survey directly on the Results Dashboard, giving you a quick overview of how many respondents completed your survey.
The response rate shows the total number of invitations sent and responses received during the selected time period. These figures are static and do not change when applying filters such as service areas or touchpoints. They provide a consistent snapshot of survey engagement across the full survey period selected.
Note: Response rate data is only available if the survey was distributed using automated or manual data collection methods. If your survey was shared via a shareable link, the response rate cannot be tracked.
The response rate appears at the top of your Results Dashboard. Hover to see the number of invitations sent and responses received. This data is only available for surveys distributed via automated or manual data collection.
