It is now possible to see your response rate for a given survey directly on the results dashboard.

The response rate and metadata shown when hovering over it are static, as they represent information about the survey and the time period you have selected. This means that they will not update when selecting filter options or service areas and touchpoints.

Response rates on old data from our old solution are currently not available but might become possible in the future.
