Dashboard Overview
The Results Dashboard is structured into several sections, each providing insights into your survey performance.

The top navigation bar contains key navigation options:
Export Results – Download an Excel file with your survey data.
Results Dashboard – The main dashboard for viewing survey results.
Comments – Displays open-ended feedback and associated scores.
Lists – Provides a full overview of comments and sponsors (if enabled in your survey).
Main Navigation Menu – Access different sections of the dashboard.
2. Selectors, response rate, score and metadata
This section includes important controls for filtering and analyzing your data:
Survey Selector – Switch between different dashboards.
Response Rate – Click the (?) icon for detailed response rate insights.
Responses – Displays the number of responses within the selected date range.
Score – Shows the survey score for the selected criteria.
Benchmark Selector – Choose from different benchmark comparisons.
Date Range Selector – Adjust the timeframe for displayed data.
3. Evaluation points
This section contains your Net Promoter Score (NPS), service areas, and survey questions.
Clicking on any evaluation point updates the score, benchmark, and response rate.
Selecting a service area reveals related questions.
The far-right portion displays scores for each service area or question.
You can read more about it here:
4. Filter options
The filter section allows you to refine results using different background variables.
Each filter button represents a background variable (e.g., age, gender) along with the average score for that segment.
Clicking a filter updates the entire dashboard to show data for that specific variable.
Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously to narrow down your analysis.
Example: Clicking “Male” will filter the dashboard to display responses only from male respondents.
5. Score & distribution
Score displays the average scores for the member type for the selected question. This is useful to identify your most and least satisfied member types within each background variable.
Distribution displays the breakdown of the percentage of responses received from each member type for the selected question. This is useful to check whether a score for a particular member type is from a significant volume of responses.
Midsection (Priority map & Graphs)
This section contains different visualization tools for analyzing your survey results:
Priority map - a visualization of the different service areas and touchpoints and how important they are
Development graph - a graph showing your different areas and touchpoints score during your selected time period
Ranking graph - a graph that shows how you're ranking on the service area or touchpoint compared to others in your benchmark
Anonymity rules
In order to maintain member and club benchmark anonymity within the results dashboard, there are a number of minimum requirement rules which must be met to display a result
The results view minimum requirement rules are:
Priority Map – Requires at least 25 responses per service area/touchpoint.
Aggregated Score – Requires at least 3 responses per selection (evaluation points & filter options).
Benchmarking – Requires data from at least 3 clubs to calculate an aggregated score.
Benchmarking Options
Due to the structure of our surveys, we are able to provide benchmarks for your Net Promoter Score, your service areas, and touchpoints.
The Results Dashboard provides various benchmark comparisons to help evaluate your performance. The most common benchmarks you will encounter on the dashboards are:
National Benchmark – Compares your club’s results against all clubs in your country.
Same Period Last Year – Compares current results with the same timeframe from the previous year.
Regional Benchmark – Compares results with clubs in your specific region.
To change your benchmark, click the benchmark name next to your score.
Understanding Response rates
Our response rates give you as a club an indication of how many of your members or guests are willing to give you feedback. Clubs that do pre-survey communication often receive higher response rates up to 60-70%. There are however many parameters that affect how well answered your survey is, such as culture and survey type. Member surveys often receive a better answer rate, as members are more inclined to provide feedback for their own good.
The Response Rate helps measure member engagement and participation in your survey.
How is the Response Rate Calculated?
# of responses/# of invitations * 100.
Example: If 500 invitations were sent and 250 responses were received, the response rate is 50%.
Why Do I See N/A Instead of a Response Rate?
If your survey was shared via a public link, response rates cannot be calculated since no invitations were sent.
If you selected a date range that includes data from an older system version, invitation records may not be available.
Understanding Response Count Differences
You may notice a difference between the response count displayed next to your main score and the response count shown in the response rate tooltip.
Main Score Response Count: Represents the number of responses for the specific variable selected in your Evaluation Points section.
Example: If you are viewing the Net Promoter Score (NPS), this count reflects only respondents who answered the NPS question.
Response Rate Tooltip Count: Includes all respondents who have answered at least one question in the survey, regardless of which question it was.
