To gather the right information from your churned members, we have made our exit survey in cooperation with country specific unions that identify why a member has left your club and what you can do to avoid it in the future.
The Product Package
Enabling this product unlocks our Exit survey. This will enable you to customize your survey and set up an invitation letter that fits your needs.
After setting up your survey you will be able to collect responses by one of our three collection methods: manual data collection, shareable link, or automated data collection.
As responses are gathered, you will be able to view your results in our dashboard. The dashboard turns the data points into prioritized actionable areas of improvement, that enable you to avoid churns in the future.

Customizing the Survey
You will be able to create custom questions in the survey and toggle off some of the questions that are not applicable to you. However, some questions are locked to ensure the quality of the survey and to provide you with important information.
Benchmarking
You will be able to benchmark all of the questions in the survey, except your own questions. The standard benchmarks that are available include:
Same period last year (mirrors the selected period and subtracts a year)
National benchmark (consists of all clubs in your country)
