With the Guest Survey Free, you have access to a pre-defined survey template designed to calculate your Net Promoter Score (NPS). NPS is a market research metric based on a single question asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or service to a friend or colleague. This article will guide you through the essential steps for activating, editing, and distributing your survey.

Step 1: Survey Settings

To personalize your questionnaire, you’ll need to access our questionnaire editor page. Follow these steps to navigate your questionnaire editor:

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner

  2. Click on "Surveys"

  3. Click "Manage Survey" under How did we do?

  4. Scroll down and click on "Edit Questionnaire"

  5. You are now on the questionnaire editor view

You can personalize your questionnaire by uploading your company logo which will appear on the front page of the survey email invitation.

You also have the option to choose your preferred language by clicking on the pencil icon located on the bottom right.

Step 2: Personalize your survey email invitation

When asking a respondent to participate in a survey, you'll typically send an email from our platform prompting them to complete the survey (except when utilizing a shareable link). While you can customize much of the email's content, certain elements remain locked to ensure compliance with data processing laws across different countries.

Step 3: Send out surveys and collect data

Collecting responses for the first time marks a big milestone! You have two distinct collection methods to select from, each with its own unique features tailored to your Club's preferences.

Method 1: Manual data collection

If you already have a contact list that to distribute to, the manual data collection is a simple process to send out your invites. Simply import your contact list, set a start date for the survey, specify the date(s) for sending out reminders, and an end date to conclude the survey collection period.

There are 2 methods to upload a list of recipient emails addresses in order to launch the survey email invitation to:

  1. Copy-paste your recipients' email addresses and names straight into the Data Collection field

  2. Upload a CSV spreadsheet from your computer containing your recipients' email addresses and names

Method 2: Shareable link

This method allows you to distribute your survey and collect responses via a unique shareable link. When the link is opened in a browser, the browser creates a unique link for the respondent, allowing them to answer the survey.

Step 5: Analyze Survey Results in your Dashboard
